Frequently asked questions
How do I calculate the shipping cost?
Open the calculator on the home page and enter the route and cargo weight. You see an estimate right away, and a manager confirms the final price.
Is my cargo insured?
Insurance is optional and is arranged through Kvorum Insurance. The premium depends on the cargo category and the route, and the calculator shows it.
What documents will I get?
A consignment note, an invoice and a certificate of completion. Electronic documents are exchanged via M.E.DOC.
